We got a quote over the phone, did not change one cent when he arrived! He was
on time, I asked for him to call me about half an hour before he arrived, and he did.
He was friendly, professional, on time, and our carpets turned out awesome. Will only
call this business!!!!

I've had my carpet and dinning room chairs cleaned from Total Cleaning Services for the past two years now, and YES! They are excellent!
Upfront with cost and like they say "no hidden charges" very true. Before I was informed about Total Cleaning Services, I went through
Steamed America and they gave a total over the phone of $40 for my living room and once they got to my house they gave me a pen right
away almost made me sign for service of $70 telling me that the quality of their chemicals is top notch and what not, I told them "hey, lady of
phone said $40 and thats all I'm going to pay!" So they went ahead and cleaned my carpet but the fact that they didn't go by what price over
phone was disapointing also the fact that they quickly gave me a pen to try and sign for $70 service was big a red flag that they were rip offs
and fake with their prices. Don't ever go with Steamed America. One more thing, they advertise by putting flyers on your mailbox and front
door. Thats another red flag that they're desprete. Stick with Total Cleaning Service. I highly recommend them.

I used total cleaning service for my home in Oceanside, I had them clean my carpets, house cleaning and window cleaning, they did a fantastic job on
all areas. They quoted me the price on the phone and there were no extra charges once they were finished. The price was exactly what they quoted me.
Ken the carpet cleaner that came to my home was efficient, polite and took extra caution with my furniture and antiques. Stacy cleaned my house and it
was cleaned better then I would have done it. Ken also cleaned my windows inside and out, no streaks and it was great. I have used other carpet
cleaners in the past, and now I know who to call. I will always use total cleaning and recommend them highly.

Ken is very upfront with costs. The price did not change from the quote over the phone. He showed up on time, worked very hard on our carpets and
windows and it all looks spectacular! I would definitely recommend him not only for price but quality as well.
